Survey IMPECT project Western Norway University of Applied Sciences

The IMPECT Project

Most European countries today require that adult migrants applying for permanent residency and citizenship pass a language test as well as a test of knowledge of society (KoS).

The IMPECT project at the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL) is investigating how these requirements affect adult migrants with low levels of literacy (hereafter LESLLA learners). The project has received funding from the Norwegian Research Council and a declaration of intent by the Council of Europe.

As part of IMPECT, we invite you to a survey that offers teachers of adult migrants, and teachers of LESLLA learners in particular, a chance to voice their perceptions of language and KoS requirements, tests and courses. Your opinions are highly valuable input for the project.

Your response will be treated confidentially, and results will be analysed and reported in a way that will not reveal your identity. The data will be handled and stored in accordance with the data protection agreement at HVL and the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

The questionnaire takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. You find the survey here in English, Norwegian, Italian, French, Spanish and Greek.

We very much appreciate your participation.
